The whole soft play, just for your class

Two hours of exclusive use on a weekday in term time: the multi-level soft play, slides and ball pools, disco lights and sound, and a food area with tables and benches for food and cake. One price for the whole venue, whatever the numbers.

  • One price for the whole venue, up to 100 children
  • You bring the adults who look after the children: at least 1 for every 6 children aged 8 and under (1 for every 8 if they are 9 and over), never fewer than 2. For children aged that’s 5 adults.
  • Weekdays in term time: three daytime sessions (8.30am, 11am and 1.30pm) plus a 7pm evening slot on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for clubs such as Scouts and Brownies
  • Hold a date free for 3 days while you check with school (for dates more than 30 days away); a £100 deposit then keeps it. 22 to 30 days away, the deposit books it; 21 days or less, it’s paid in full.

The KB02 soft play frame

What’s included

  • The multi-level play frame, wave slide and ball pools
  • Disco lights and sound: play the class playlist
  • The food area: tables and benches in the main area, seating up to 50 children at a time
  • KB02 staff only look after the venue: they watch for misuse of the equipment and keep the building safe. They do not supervise or look after children, and they don’t set up, serve or clear up. Supervising the children is entirely down to the adults you bring.

Also on site: a bar run separately by DJW Events (hot drinks and slushies), at their prices. Not part of the KB02 price.

How it works

  1. Pick a weekday on the booking page: the daytime times are for schools and nurseries, and the 7pm evening slot (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) is for clubs.
  2. More than 30 days away: hold it free for 3 days, then pay the deposit to lock it in. 22 to 30 days away: the deposit books it. 21 days or less: it’s paid in full when you book.
  3. Food: bring your own or get it delivered. Your adults set up, serve and clear up; KB02 staff don’t.
  4. On the day, arrive 15 minutes early, socks on. You run the party; we keep the venue safe.
