Safety Policy



Maximum numbers 50 children and 35 adults. While KB02 Venue Hire staff and management endeavour to ensure the safety of all visitors, it remains the responsibility of accompanying adults & guardians and the organising adults to supervise children while using the facility. The event organiser should ensure that there are sufficient Parents and guardians on site, and they must: Ensure enough supervising adults remain on the premises at all times. Monitor the children to ensure that they are capable of using the equipment safely, to adhere to and understand all safety signs. Ensure that the children are able to locate the organising adult at all times.  Accompanying adults must accompany toddlers in the toddler area at all times. Do not let toddlers roam around the venue by themselves.

All guests are to remain inside the building. Wear socks, keep long hair tied and keep arms and legs covered.

ONE at a time and sensible behaviour is required on all pieces of equipment.

There are no height restrictions for Private functions, so we ask patrons to be careful when using the framework and to adhere to the general site rules. No throwing of balls and keep them in the ball pools.

No gum, food or drink to be taken onto the framework.

No studded belts to be worn.

Respect any instruction given by a member of staff.

Although we endeavour to have all our equipment available during the hire, (except the drop slide) we cannot be held responsible if some of the equipment has for whatever reason been closed off to the public.

There will be a minimum of two members of staff on duty. They are not there to supervise your group but only to supervise certain areas of the building and to look out for misuse of any facilities. You are responsible for the supervision and behaviour of your group. KB02 Venue Hire staff will not tolerate any bad behaviour, fighting, verbal or physical abuse from children or adults and if for any reason the staff deem it necessary, they have the right to stop the party, clear the framework and close the building. In these circumstances, there will be no refunds or correspondence being entered into. You may be required to pay for any damage other than that caused through normal wear and tear. KB02 Venue Hire politely reserves the right to postpone any booking at short notice due to extreme weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

The party was such a hit with everyone and venue and staff were superb! thank you so much! The large soft play, seating area, Photo Booth, arcades and mascots for hire made it fun for all ages. We also got the drinks package and the slushies were a hit. The staff were excellent! Made the whole experience enjoyable and perfect.

Hired the hall last Friday for a joint birthday celebration for two adults, would highly recommend booking for a really fun night. The venue itself had an arcade room, on-site bar, soft-play, Photobooth and other fun activities. That was on top of being able to have our own DJ and bringing our own food which definitely made the night complete.

Love this place. Great soft play. The guy that runs it is mega friendly and helpful. They allow you to bring in your own pack lunches but there is a little bar to get drinks etc. kids love it here.


Wow. I had heard that KB02 was great but I was still blown away. Friendly and helpful staff are the cherry on an awesome cake. We had a children's party and the adults had just as much fun as the little ones. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is so that I'll be able to book for years to come!

We held my 6 year olds birthday party at KB02. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We love the new decor, the photo booth was great fun in addition to the games room. It was clean and well organised and all the children had a fantastic time.
