Here at KB02 we are constantly trying to improve our service to you which means that there will be regular updates to our website
Phones in particular like to restrict how often they download pages and page components because it's much quicker to display a page if you don't have to wait to re-download all parts of it
This tends to be fine most of the time, but sometimes it means that things on a page don't work properly because it failed to download a critical page update
If you are having problems with things functioning correctly then the first thing to try is "CLEARING CACHE" because that means the phone will then download ALL parts of the page completely and get all site updates. This commonly fixes most problems and errors.
How to do this safely and without affecting other sites is explained in the videos below
Event Access
Access to the KB02 Venue requires the adult booking the party to agree to the Venue Terms and show their ticket (a QR code on your smartphone) at the door

Party Preferences
To ensure your party is the best it can be we need you to firstly confirm some party preferences
All party preference items are included in your party price. Our partner DJW Events will administer the party on the day so the preferences are confirmed on their site.
DJW Events also offer some party extras to further enhance your party that you may wish to purchase from them but there is no obligation to do so.

The party was such a hit with everyone and venue and staff were superb! thank you so much! The large soft play, seating area, Photo Booth, arcades and mascots for hire made it fun for all ages. We also got the drinks package and the slushies were a hit. The staff were excellent! Made the whole experience enjoyable and perfect.

Hired the hall last Friday for a joint birthday celebration for two adults, would highly recommend booking for a really fun night. The venue itself had an arcade room, on-site bar, soft-play, Photobooth and other fun activities. That was on top of being able to have our own DJ and bringing our own food which definitely made the night complete.

Love this place. Great soft play. The guy that runs it is mega friendly and helpful. They allow you to bring in your own pack lunches but there is a little bar to get drinks etc. kids love it here.

Wow. I had heard that KB02 was great but I was still blown away. Friendly and helpful staff are the cherry on an awesome cake. We had a children's party and the adults had just as much fun as the little ones. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is so that I'll be able to book for years to come!

We held my 6 year olds birthday party at KB02. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We love the new decor, the photo booth was great fun in addition to the games room. It was clean and well organised and all the children had a fantastic time.
